Memorial Day 2021

May 7, 2021

Memorial Day is defined as “a day on which those who died in active military service are remembered.” On behalf of all of us at EverHeart Hospice, formerly State of the Heart Care, we would like to take a moment to remember those that served and gave the ultimate sacrifice for their country. We are truly grateful for their service and take this special day to honor them.

Each Memorial Day, we also extend this to reflect on all the loved ones we have lost, remembering cherished memories of friends and family no longer with us and honoring those that have made an impact in our lives. This past year has been exceptionally hard with the many lives lost due to Covid-19. While they may be gone, they live on in the stories we tell, lessons they taught us, and the love that they shared. Help us memorialize and honor those that hold a special place in your heart by listing their name on the line below, and we will include them on our memorial signs outside each of our offices in Greenville, Coldwater, Winchester, and our Hospice Care Center.

Honor a loved one

You may also choose to honor your loved one’s legacy with a gift to our agency. No gift is too small; your generosity and support help us continue our mission in serving our communities by providing compassionate Hospice and Palliative Care to patients and families experiencing a life-limiting illness. Your gift truly makes a difference. You may include your donation in the provided envelope along with this remittance card or visit our website, everhearthospice.org, where you can donate online. If you have any questions on ways you can help support our mission, please contact Erica Wood at ewood@ehhospice.org
or 800.417.7535.

Stay well and enjoy this special day of remembrance.
