  7. Our Hospice Care Center, located on the 4th floor of Wayne HealthCare, provides compassionate care by a unique team of experts. They focus on managing symptoms, adjusting medications, and providing education and support to transition patients on the next phase of their journey.

  8. We offer a comprehensive grief and healing program for patients, families, and the community. We offer a wide array of support, including anticipatory grief, group sessions, individual sessions, crisis management, a grief camp for children, support for schools, and an annual remembrance gathering.

  9. We recognize that those needing hospice and palliative care services are at different phases in their journey. Our care team collaboratively supports our patients’ and families’ unique needs.
