In November, State of the Heart Care held “A Time of Remembrance-Luminaria Memorial Drive-Thru” in honor of patients we have served and those that have lost their lives due to Covid-19.

We invite you to watch a virtual version of our event featuring messages from our staff, a special flag ceremony honoring our veterans, music performed by our music therapists, and the lights and luminarias we had glowing in the night.

We want to thank the community for attending our drive-thru event, sponsors for their generosity, and all volunteers and staff that made this possible.

You are invited to share in a time of remembrance to honor and memorialize your loved one. This year we are also honoring those lives lost during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Join our drive thru luminaria memorial for a time to reflect on cherished memories of your loved one. You will have the opportunity to purchase a personalized luminaria that will be placed along the lighted path.
